Sooo, maybe take out some veggies? I think I will ditch the morning mushrooms. Well, today was pretty good but probrably low on cals...what else is new?
4:45a.m.-protein shake w/water
5:00 a.m.-1 hr elliptical
7:00 a.m.-protein/fruit smoothie w/protein powder, nat pb, strawberries, banana and ff milk...LOVE IT!
10:30 a.m.-2 lf string cheese
2 hardboiled eggs
2:00 p.m.-lean ground turkey w/kidney beans and taco seasoning
5:30 p.m.-2 lean turkey burgers (no bun) w/onion and spicy mustard
low fat cream spinach
will have a snack soon
