Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs+cheese(like 300 calories)
water(0 calories)
(Remove the Cheese and have something like Whole-grain Cereal or some Fruit instead. You're not getting any Carbs to raise Bloodsugar and fuel the Brain, which is good when you're low Bloodsugar first thing.)
Snack:
Pomegranate(probaly 70 calories)
water(0 calories)
(Add more Protein in here like Low Fat Cheese, Chicken, Turkey, Ham etc etc)
lunch:
Home-made sandwich(400 calories)
water(0 calories)
(Fine)
Snack:
Cheese-crackers(150 calories)
water(0 calories)
(Make this low Fat and increase the amount)
Dinner:
6-inch subway tuna(350 calories)
water(0 calories)
water(0 calories)
(Dont eat Tuna daily, for the Mercury. Limit to 2-3 times a day, and consider having other things like Turkey, Ham, Pork Chicken etc etc)
