So I slept the day away. With the long hours from Friday to Monday I always kinda take a rest on Tuesday. Plus I stayed up til 4 Monday night...I was reading some very interesting material and couldn't put it down.

4/13/2010
1:30 PM: I made the Baked Shrimp but uh...it wasnt so...great. But I ate half a bowl anyways. With a few slices of jicama which I really like dipped in lemon juice. Cup o' tea. Gatorade.
2:30: TLC Mocha Dark Almond Granola..ish bar. 130 cals. 3 (?) g fat
~~~~Sleeeeep~~~~~~
8:00: Deli Turkey Sandwich with surprisingly no mayo! Go me. And almost a full bowl of quick steamed corn. Tea.
I started to almost break today and start eating random crap but I think that was me being disgruntled and cranky from sleeping all day. I was like " Frick this I am so digging into some ice cream fools." But then I realized not only did I not need it at this time of night but also I really really dislike the type of ice cream we have at the moment. Yuck.
I had planned to snack on some string cheese but last night I accidentally stuck it in the freezer and didn't remember til when I wanted it. :/ I hope it tastes okay once it thaws.
I agree with Les - if you stress about it you are just going to keep feeling guilty and will be more likely to slip up. I have learned that the hard way! When I eat something that I know isn't good for me I just accept it and move on.
Move on... Don't regret and continue to reach your goal
Keep in mind... it's NOT a short term... It's a long term journey...
Uh...today was a strange one. Busy...boring...hungry...and not much keeping track.
04/15/2010
12:45: Turkey Sandwich
Rest of the day involved: slice of bread with melted cheese, 2 cups o' tea, 3 bread sticks from Capt. D's, a bowl of Sherbet Ice Cream.
...*scratches head*....hmmm...
1 hour of walking somewhere in there.
I'll do better tomorrow. :)
In the same way that some people should regret Line Dancing, Tree Hugging and eating Quiche.
Insert regret percentage here_____%.
Helpful hint. Use at least a number with two digits in it. :wink:.
In all seriousness though, just forget the moment, chalk it up to experience and move on. One occasional slip-up won't scupper your plans. If resolve is good and focus on the task in hand is high, you'll not cause any major hinderance to your progress.
These things and you ARE human, which is a good thing, so no worries yeah, keep going and GOOD LUCK.
