Has anyone besides me tried this?

Tastes great and mixes well.

What do you think of it compared to muscle milk?

It's down fall is the $35 for 12 servings. Go through it like water

Amino Acid Matrix, is basically a mix of BCAA's and Glutamine. A good concentrate Protein Powder, will do that.

A serving of my Nutrisport powder has roughly the following for a serving, (4 scoops).

Increased levels of BCAA's and Glutamine.

Maltodextrin, at 50g per serving.

Protein, 35g per serving,

4.25g Fat.

Small amount of Pea Fibre.

I don't use that much, I use about 1/2 as a maximum dose.

There is no sugar that can recall, but compared to yours I don't have things like B Vits and Calcium.

The downside is, you don't have any Vitamin D to help use the Calcium properly, and as for the Creatine content, that makes your product inflexible, as you can't dose it more often, or maybe as an additional half dose with a solid Breakfast, because you might have too much Creatine daily.

You also will get stuck, when you want to cycle off the Creatine, (which you should), as you'll have to use something else for about 4 weeks, and at least 1 week, if you use a small 3 weeks on, 1 off cycle, instead of a 2-3 months on 1 off cycle.

Would be good without the Creatine, but the Creatine screws up the product for flexibility, and with the cycle off factor, it means using something else during that time.

Frankly just get a Protein and Carbs powder, that's concentrate, and has increased things like BCAA's and Glutamine like mine does, and that'll give you something cheaper and more worthwhile, and it will be cheaper if you're not paying for Creatine in your product.

If you really need additional B Vit's, buy a B-complex supp, but really you probably won't. You can get it from things like Fortified Cereals, Mushrooms, Eggs, Dairy and certain Meats Veggies and Fruit etc etc.

Hi, I caught this cyanocobalamin reference here in your post. Do you have any other info on cyanocobalamin in general, or just a brief mention in the "monster milk" product.

Cobalamin is a B Vitamin, that helps with the way the body uses Calcium.
