Do shape trimmer work -how so?

In addition to exercise of course.

Do you have any links or pictures, as I have not heard of it?

It looks very much like this. It's a rubber piece you put around your body while you workout or otherwise..so make you sweat more in these areas -but do they work?

Probably not. Sweating more in those areas, which means you might be likely to dehydrate more, if you forgot to increase water intake.

Might be useful if you have bruised ribs, as some kind of surgical support, but that's all.

I think the purpose of that thing is to make you look thinner as it appears to act as a gurdle. If this is the case, don't waste your money. It would most likely slide down and would be uncomfortable.

Instead of spending your money on that I would go to the store and invest in some lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. These will take you wayyy further than that will.
