Thanks swanso, there are some really good articles..
I was currently reading the "Neanderthal No More" series and after reading through part 1 and 2 I felt that I have postural problem in almost every area.. LOL
This weekend I will take my photo and will look in more details. hoping things are not as bad as I imagine. :)

I am currently performing some exercise from a book called "Super joints" by pavel tsatsouline and trying to maintain a good posture while sitting/standing which I have completly screwed up in past 5-6 years..

neanderthal is a pretty old article in fitness terms and they have revamped it on a dvd set i bought from them (eric and mike)...if you were wanting to do the program (i have the best thing i ever did almost), wait a little while until i get up to that disc and find out the changes that they would do if they released neanderthal again

I'd recommend Bruce Lee's "Tao of Jeet Kune Do" for any experienced marial artists out there. It's a very good book that can teach you how to effectively use all of that muscle. It's not for the beginer. Definately compulsary for any mixed martial artist.
