Paula Radcliffes trainer. I think she might possibly decide to not follow that one bit of advice though if he offered it 
Plus that stuff might taste vile. I can't believe it would be as nice as something like Pineapple or Orange Juice.

I came across three separate articles int he last two days about fitness nutrition, supps, etc. Crazy... That never happens. It is interesting to read, even though I think about 96.3% of it is total Bunk.
