Starting out isn't the easiest thing to do but it's not impossible. Start with what would you like to do, get stronger, healthier, flexible whatever the case may be, progression is the key. Find exercises that suit you the most and one's that you find the most benefit. I have found animal exercises to be a great way to get fit because they don't take too long, generate great amounts of natural Growth Hormone which helps you stay young and vibrant. Work your way up to certain exercises and when it gets too easy, move onto another variation or another challenging exercise.
