Hey everyone, in a nutshell
I used to be pretty buff, kind of overweight, but then I made some stupid choices and my buffness has pretty much completely disappeared. I don't really know what to do. I really need diet and exercise advice. Wish that I coould have someone else get me into shape, but of course that's not happening.
Here's my stats:
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Height: 5'6
Weight: 185-190lbs
Body Fat: 31%
I can do about 15 pushups and 3 close-grip pull-ups. Maybe 4 but today I did the pushups and then the pull-ups immediately after.
Also, I'm poor, so pretty much have to eat when I can get.
Anyone that can help me get on the right track with some suggestions would be of great help...
