recently i found out that my body shape was an ectomorph which others describe as a Hardgainer. im only 52 kilos and 1.76m tall so its obvious that i have difficulty feeling comfortable the way i am. Ive researched hardgainer routines on the internet and found out important exercises like Squats and Deadlifts i desperately need more help in creating a training routine. i would love to reach around 60-70 kilos by the end of the year
