Top Middle Pecs

Postby ConSeann3ry » Wed Apr 26, 2006 3:24 am

Hey, I've been building for about a year now with some great results but I'd like a little more mass on the upper pecs in the middle. Can anyone recommend a good excercise for this area? I searched but couldn't find any info.

Try Incline flyes concentrating on on flexing the mid chest

again try BB Bench to neck on flat angle...u'll have to use lower wt but thet are best i've done for upper chest...once almost at failure do 5 - 6 partials in middle 3rd range of motion and u'll feel something u've never felt before (and no Michael Jackson won't be spotting you!)

also try low pulley crossovers where you start with hands by sides and raise up to chin ht, knda like a front raise but with palms facing outwards the whole time

when doing all crossover variations be sure not to bend at the elbows too much which brings the bi's into the movement...u should actually be trying to touch elbws together at the top although u won't be able to

As suggested Incline Flyes are good and I'm also a fan of an incline barbell bench press (or smith machine) but with a close grip.
