Im brand new to this exercise world, ive lost 92 pounds through dieting, with little to no exercise. With that being said, im at my goal weight, but not my goal size. I realize i need to incorporate exercise for toning purposes and to get these last few stubborn pounds off, as well as get some kind of definition, but i have no clue where to start. Yes i have a gym membership, but looking at the machines just confuses me. Any suggestions?
