hang cleans

Post by moman129 »

I'm trying to incorporate them into routine.I workout 3 days a week
I do all the compound lifts.I just don't know how I can fit them in.I dead lift one day, squat another and bench or miitary press on the 3rd day plus assistance work.Really don't want to take out the dead or squat but is it going into overkill trying to squeeze them in somewhere

Look up the Original Starting Strength Novice Program by Mark Rippetoe. It is based on the following compound lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press and Power Cleans. It is considered the bible for many athletic coaches in sports that require strength and power without excess mass.
