i have question

im 33 yrs old, im about 95kg i want to loose weight, i do freeletics program for about 2 months now but no changes
question is that do i have to take diet???

Hi Sebastian, yes you would need to make alterations to your eating habits in order to lose weight as exercise in the right ways can help, but alone it is not a magic bullet that allows people to lose all the weight they want to, so altering your eating habits would be a preferable action to take.

What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?

Being in a healthy caloric deficit (200-300 calories) each day with the goal of losing 1-2 pounds is critical on top of your exercise program. They say "abs are made in the kitchen" which is just to say your diet is very important towards the results you want.

Strictly speaking though someone would need to be in a 500 calories deficit per day to hit a 1lb a week weight loss target, but 300 calories a day of deficit is certainly better than nothing, as a target to aim for :).
