Powerbuilding workouts
Hey guys, I have been working out for 4 years now. height is 5ft 10 and weighs 200 lbs with a body fat of 20%. I love training for powerbuilding, in eyes, it is the best combination of size and strength. I have just started following this workout routine https://brosandbroettes.com/10-week-adv ... ut-routine as you can see it is 4 times a week with a great balance of compound movements and isolation movements. question to all of you is, what type of powerbuilding workouts you take part in? any new training plan or idea is welcomed.
