Hi wonder if you can help.im a 51 yr old guy who trains 5 times a week for the last 6 mths. I set out to lose fat and build muscle and get more defined.i believe I've accomplished that but seem to have reached a plateau as far as muscle growth is concerned.most of my weight training is geared round 3 or 4 sets of 8 reps with increasing weight.would I build/ bulk more if I done heavier weights with less reps and more sets? I have been training chest/shoulders/arms/back and legs as separate routines.core routine when I can fit in with cv as a warm up.thoughts/advice would be appreciated.many thanks kev
