Well, let me start with saying what is lower body? I have never been thin in my life but I was fit and healthy. I always wanted those toned legs and that perfect demin fit. I've gained a lot of weight in last 3-4 years because of my sedentary life style. I have been working out for last 2 years on and off but I have been very regular with my workouts for last 6 months.
To be honest my aim always was to see that pefect number on weighing scale and have thinner legs. When I started running on treadmill few months ago I could only run for 5 minutes maximum and now I run 5K in 30 minutes on my treadmill. I do squats and lunges 3 times a week also.
But havent seen the reulst I wanted to see...My weight has moved a bit but not significantly. I have lost some of those love handles but I still have ugly big thighs and butts. It's not like I am upset, I feel great after a wrokout and my day is full of energy but I hate denim shopping coz I just dont like the sizes I fit in.
Yeah I can't blame it on anyone, I love food and I do cheat 2-3 meals in a week but I have come a long way on how my diet used to be. I try to get protein in every meal and I eat lot of fruits as well.
I love my workout but I do want those perfect legs...what do I do??? I am 5ft 3 inchen and weigh 70 kgs
