[bHi everyone,im a heavy lifter who hated cardio.I hated threadmills,jogging,you name it,but as we all know we need it.Five years ago i stumbled onto boxing,and let me tell you i fell in love with it,first its simply fun to learn,second you learn to defend yourself,and third and more to this thread it can be turned into a intense form of cardio,Just offering a option][/b]
Yess i hate to think of all the wasted cardio time since i hate standard cardio.Its also great cause you learn to defend yourself.I learned and teach the basics of boxing but always get excitied when im around friends who took it a step further and practive mma and krava maga,they are all great ways to train your body to be a lean muscle machine even with weight training.
