What I think is confusing here is, I meant Doner Kebabs, not the Shish kind on a Skewer. Should have been more specific.

LOL thats one helluvah kebab!

great illustrations with the 3 pictures, like bad, worse to worst haha.

so thanks for the info. One more question, im aware that theres like whey protein (isolated) and something else, but one is not as effective as the other, care to enlighten me? Thanks.


Well my take on carbs is that its absolutely needed, but i like to cut down on the portions that im eating so i dont go hungry or miss out on any carbs. Hope this isnt making me too bloated or anything.

Whey Concentrate has approximately 70-75% Whey and the rest is Casein.

Isolate, is a bit more expensive, as it's filtered more, but that means you get roughly 85-90% Whey, and the rets being Casein.

hey hey sorry for the late, rreally really late reply but i was busy training and stuff!


i've lost 6 pounds so far in 2 weeks, maybe more im not sure cos i built up muscles too.

im really happy with my progress so far, so thanks for the help guys!
