That product you take just looks like a hype product with Herbs and Vits in it.

Frankly it would be cheaper to use a basic Whey with Carbs. The Herbs are nothing to be bothered about.

Plus I'm 99.99% certain the Guarana and possibly Green Tea extract too, contain Caffeine, and it's negligent of them to not state that, incase people with Cardiac issues take it, and make them worse.

Not slagging you off with all this, just saying.

I'm with Boss Man, on this one, sounds like snake oil. I think drinking low fat chocolate milk post workout would be tastier, safer and just as effective. 3 or 4 grams of carbs to every protein is the ideal ratio after a workout and taken within 30 - 60 minutes. Pre-workout on workouts less than 90 minutes you don't need to boost the protein, if you do, use casein it digests slower and therefore last longer. Overall aim for 1- 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day if you are working hard. Less on less active days. Drink plenty of fluids to flush the kidneys.
