This is just a basic question I have for the community here at Shapefit.com because I'm curious.
If you live in the US, then food prices have already risen over 10% in the last few months, and this can really put a hamper on some people's routines, especially those that are bulking up, or going for purely natural/ organic food intake.
If you've been an organic food lifter for a while, how has the current economic climate, and inflation of food prices influenced you? I know a lot of people who have had to really cut down their food bills, and it has done a number on my friends who try to sustain tons of lean mass.
Additionally, has the current fiscal realities caused you to sacrifice some of your principles when it comes to nutrition lately?
I look forward to some healthy discussion.
Sincerely,
James Villepigue.
