morning-40g all bran with milk and half a banana

Lunch-tuna or egg salad or sandwich
* Tuna - 2 max per week.. Grilled chicken sandwich with wheat bread, Turkey, Other kind of fish like salmon, snapper, tilapia and steam veggies
snack-half apple or any other fruit.
*Mixed nuts, sting cheese, hard boiled eggs
supper-40g brown rice,2veggies and small piece of lean meat.
according to fit.com im consuming about 1200to1500calories which is well within the range i should be able to loose weight.
I started jogging begining sept and have lost only 2kg since then.WHY am i not loosing weight?PLEASE HELP!
