Badversion...

Looks like your calorie intake is pretty low. You can continue with what you eat and maybe up the amount.
For instance...
pre-workout meal wheat flakes, museli
How much wheat flakes? I usually have 2 cups worth (about 200 calories, with protein powder another 130 calories, 1 1/2 cups skim milk at another 160 calories and a banana about 150 calories). That's a 600 calorie meal right there.
Perhaps a better description of the quantities you consume will help determine where you can adjust your diet.
It all comes down to determining what your daily calorie intake is and adding to it.

Overall, I'd say drink more milk if you can. It's got the calories, carbs, fats and proteins you need.
I'd also add that you probably should add more than just a protein shake (actually, you didn't specify if that was with milk or water) after a workout.
You want to get whole foods in you as soon as you can too after exercising.

Fruits and veggies are good clean carb sources. Sweet potatoes, bananas, whole wheat breads.
Evenings, perhaps invest in some casein protein powder.... with turkey or chicken... some lean protein before you go to bed that will fill your stomach and help you recover from the day.

As for popcorn, it all depends on which kind you get. The cleaner the better. It's starchy, so I'd stay away from it, but if you're trying to bulk it may not be a bad option. Someone else can probably clarify.

(Add more Protein in here like some Chicken, Ham, Turkey etc)

9 30 protein powder - 1 scoop of hydro protien with water

11 00 egg whites - 5 egg whites only

(More Carbs needed here. You could add in a Banana, or Raw Carrot, or scramble the Egg Whites with a Yolk and make Egg Sandwhiches as examples.)

1 00 veggies + indian bread - veggies 1 - 2 cups and Indian bread (Chapati) 4

(Fine, but add more Chicken, Ham, Turkey, Lean Beef etc)

4 to 5 low fat cheese with bread or peanut butter and bread - thats like5 slices and 3 cheese slices

(Fine)

9 00 veggies + indian bread - veggies 1 - 2 cups and Indian bread (Chapati) 4

(Fine)

Best Diet plan for me is eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. You can also add to eat sugar free foods. You will just replace your sugar intake with natural sweeteners. I'm using natvia. It is safe, natural and healthy.
