here's my beef.
i'm addicted to coca cola. i would drink 1x 500ml bottle a day.
i thought this was reasonable.
then i hit a rough patch with my girlfriend or 6 years, and started drinking up to 3 liters of the stuff a day.
its only when things are bad or i feel down that i drink in excess.
i can feel it affecting my health and making feel sick, but like a drug, i feel good when drinking it.
i was on a role with 3 days without any, no cravings or anything.
then it all went horribly wrong and i went running for the black stuff.
I know this makes me sound like a wet girls blouse
Does anyone have any advice?
I dont want to start piling on the weight again.
the exercise isnt a problem, im covering 40km a day on my bike and in the gym every other day.
i'm sure im not the only one with a cola addiction, or that comfort eats/drinks?
