Use it just like you would hamburger. Make turkey burgers & top with some grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms. Add a slice of mozzarella or feta cheese crumbles & avocado slices -okay now I'm hungry . Pair if with a steamed sweet potato - yum!!!

The main issue with ground turkey is that the texture of the meat can become dry when cooked; that's why I love turkey meatballs as a substitute for beef in soups, dumplings, and any recipe that will have sauce. Another quick tip, if you ever overcook a ground turkey patty brush it with some olive oil and black pepper.
