Just look for ground beef recipes and substitute with ground turkey; that's the easy way to make recipes healthy with turkey ... well, at least healthier. The main issue with ground turkey is that the texture of the meat can become dry when cooked; that's why I love turkey meatballs as a substitute for beef in soups, dumplings, and any recipe that will have sauce. Another quick tip, if you ever overcook a ground turkey patty brush it with some olive oil and black pepper.
