The Ketogenic Diet

Hey guys do any of you prescribe to the ketogenic diet? Up until I met Dr. Dominic D'Agostino I had never seen anyone who promoted it and looked muscular. I recently had him on podcast and his case for the diet was pretty compelling. I may experiment with it myself, but I want to hear some more success stories.
