Creamy Low Fat Herb Dip

Post by FitandLeila816 »

Hi everyone! Just wanna share this super yummy low fat herb dip that I've made last Christmas as a salad dressing. Me and brother were the only health conscious ones in the family lolz, but our parents were surprised that this dip didn't taste low fat at all, in fact mom took a jar of it! It's actually a dip but as I mentioned, could be used as a salad dressing. I'm not really a pro in the kitchen so creating this was a walk in the park. Hope you all enjoy this!

Creamy Low Fat Herb Dip
Makes: About 1/2 cup

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese softened (2 ounces)
2 tablespoons low-fat milk

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or parsley
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, or more to taste
Pinch of sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

Place cream cheese in a small bowl and stir in milk until smooth. Mix in chives (or scallions), dill (or parsley), horseradish, sugar, salt and pepper. Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days (max)>
