I would like to know what people's motivation is? - what it was that made them flick the switch for change and gear up into fitness and improving their health? I know we can't use each others motivation to stay determined but I believe in a way reading other peoples challenges and how they find the motivation may help.
I like to use clothing items. If I have an article of clothing that use to fit me, when I was much smaller, I save it and at the end of every week I try it on. After several weeks it started to slip on, then zip, and finally buttoned. That is what I like to do and it really seemed to help me stay motivated.
