Good day!
Im female, 43 years old at 4ft and 11 inches, 48 kgs. I have thin upper body and a fat (Waist to thighs) lower body. I don''t know how many calories and macros I should consume in a day to gain some muscles in upper body and at the same time lose the fat in lower body to make it look leaner. Im starting doing some resistance training. I would really really appreciate it if you could shed me some light on this as I'm totally confused on how many/what to eat to achieve fitness goals.
I am looking for some help with diet.
