I don't put flax in mine, but I do put oatmeal to help thicken it up (:

I try to keep mine post w/o, but sometimes I sneak one in for a snack or a meal. Better to get nutrient from whole foods as much as possible. Then you get all your vitamins and minerals too (:

I'm not sure what to put in my shakes, because I get home from my w/o at 9:15-9:30ish, and I know eating late is bad.

Any suggestions?? :D

Eating late isn't bad. That's a myth. You gotta eat post w/o, so the shake is a great option. I certainly wouldn't load up on sugar. Don't put birthday cake in your shake, and I think you should be okay (:

Really? Wow lol.

My dad always told me "carbs late add weight" which I never really cared for because I'd eat anyway. Good to know. But I am getting tired of banana/yogurt/OJ/powder combo. I need to change it up a bit.

Well, I am thinking this one would not be too bad, Wolfen. Since I use natural peanut butter and just half a banana. Correct me if I am wrong, my fellow ShapeFit peeps!

pb/naner/choc protein sounds like it wouldn't mix very well >.> as in texture, not taste.
