I heard that if I changed my diet and ate EXACTLY what I was told, it'd help.
Lately I haven't been following any kind of routine, and I swear I think I gained a pound or two this week because of it.
So what I wanted to know, since most of the remaining fat is in my stomach, what diet should I be on to FINALLY get rid of those last 5 to 10 pounds?
It's been annoying me for the past two months and I've made no progress.
My stats:
height: 4'10 1/2 (I'm short for someone who's almost 18.)
weight: Haven't checked it recently, but I'm assuming it's around 106.
my goal weight is between 5 to 10 pounds less than that, because even at this weight, because of my height, I still have a noticeably large amount of stomach fat.
Not even kidding, and even other girls my height say they had to get around 95 to 100 pounds to look as fit as they did.
So, help please?
I've been running everyday for about and hour.
And two to three days a week I have weight training at school.
Any suggestions?
