mega-t green tea = Waste of Money
Acai = Waste of Money

whey protein = Worth it.

It’s cheap because it’s full of shit in it. If you look at the back of the ingredients most of them would have caffeine as the main source. You can just have that with a cup of coffee in the morning. Yes, it helped you lost a bit of pounds but it’s sure not a long term thing. It suppresses your hungry and makes you starve, which is not healthy at all.

I know this from experience. I tired most of the diet pills out there and it’s only short term because it will in some way affect you in the long run. So instead of trying all those pills stick to something healthier and long term.

Speaking of pills...I was cleaning up my closet & packing things up. My goodness…
I found my old Mega-T green tea that I bought from Walmart 2 years ago and never finished it.
I also found Hoodia and some other stuff I order online years ago before I started this my healthy journey.
(I threw them away! )
I can honestly say… I lost a good amount of weight WITHOUT depending on any diet pills!
I did it with just simple… healthy diet and exercise!.. oh and HARD WORK!!! :D :D :D
(And… I saved A LOT of Money…. Always a puls!!! )

the poundage lost is probably more a result of diet and exercise than the pills.

Yeah, I found my old box of Mega -T capsules - sitting right next to my half empty bottle of Hydroxycut, which was right next to my L-Carnitine capsules...all of which I started but never finished. I've gone down all those roads...more than once, tried every kind of quick fix, instant results, guaranteed fast weight loss pill or remedy out there....all the while knowing deep down, that nothing was ever really gonna change permanently until I changed and stopped relying on some pill, or energy diet drink, or whatever to lose the weight "for me". The changes I am making now with clean, healthier eating, and regular focused exercise may be slower in weight loss, but it is permanent loss and the feeling of accomplishment and control I have over my body and how I am treating it is worth it all! :D

Hoodia is filth.

Find the account of a BBC Journalist about his experiences with Hoodia.

The fact he couldn't eat his breakfast next day, and had to force down his lunch is bad. Considering he would have digested most of his dinner by 9PM, he ate nothing until 1PM the next day, which he struggled to eat. 16 hours with no food at all.

Last time I looked, only a company called Phytopharm had a brand with real amounts in it. Most other distributors were supposedly making Hoodia supplements, with little to no Hoodia at all.

Avoid it like the plague. It is just like a Thermogenic serum or a Fat Burner, a waste of money and potentially dangerous.

Well you'll have made quite a few people here happy with that decision, but however I suspect there might be a supplement company exec right now, reading this, who may be wiping a little tear off one of his cheeks.

However just like first time drug users, spammers, wannabe Alcoholics and smokers, there will be another person like you tomorrow now doubt, buying that first quantity of Metabolic Enhancer, so I suspect the supp execs solitary tear will trickle but briefly, before the comfort of knowing he's still filthy rich, sends him off to a peacful sleep again, in his four poster bed, at his L.A. Mansion  .

Ha…. Hollywood! – I get so irritated nowadays when I hear things like “New Trends celebrities are using – You can get them for so & so $$$$!”

Just 5 easy payments of $39.99... no wait we will cut the cost.. to make it 4 easy payments of $39.99… But wait, there’s more.. Call now and you will get 4 easy payments of 29.99! along with a quick guide to eating "healthy"!

So.. that’s about $120 plus tax & shipping.. maybe $140 - BAM wasted! Man.. think about 10 people calling in 1 min ... that’s about $1,200!! – sigh.. no wonder they are sleeping well in L.A!

I couldn't give a rats ass what celebrities use. I'd use something because it felt agreeable to do so, for my own benefit and mine alone.

I NEVER buy anything based on the hype, saturated marketing, celebrity endorsements, some need to emulate a well paid, (in some cases questionably so), celebrity, or because it looks really cutesy, it's dirt cheap, or loads of other people have one.

You ALWAYS buy a product or use a service, because you really want to, can afford it, and think it's 100% a right and conscienable choice for you to make.
