Fruity Yogurt

Postby wolfen147 » Fri Oct 30, 2009 5:38 am

Hello :) Would yogurt with fruit count as a valid fruit source? Just curious.

Thanks in advance!

Fruit in fruit yogurt is still fruit, but comes with a lotta sugar so watch out. And I'm not sure it still has the fiber in it. So you get the some of the Vitamins from the fruit, but not all the fiber.

Eat plain or Nut Yoghurt, then if you want Fruit, least it 10-15 minutes prior, to help it digest, with less interference from the Yoghurt
