Is amazing!! I never get it because I end up forgetting. But every time I do get it its like my favorite thing to put on almost any food. Its spicy, and it has lots of veggies in it. Perfect :D

I couldn't agree more. Salsa has been a staple in my competition diet. I put it on eggwhites, salads, even lentils. Its amazing. Have you ever tried valentinas hot sauce? If not you you should definitely try it. I'm in love with it.

Its really good poured over an omelet. :D I like to add fresh veggies to my omelet - like green and red bell pepper, purple onion, green onion, mushrooms, then i dice up a 2% mozz. cheese stick and add it inside the omelet so it's nice and gooey melted! yumm! Top it all of with a couple of tablespoons of salsa (the hotter the better)! OMGosh, it is so good and really fills me up.
you might add it to meatloaf or your turkey burgers.
Another favorite at my house: Crock Pot cooked Pot Roast:
Ingredients:
Lean Pot Roast
1 jar of Picante Sauce

Brown the pot roast in a skillet for a few minutes on each side, then place it in the crock pot
Pour the jar of salsa over the pot roast add some water. Let it cook on low all day. Or you could let it cook over night.
It is awesome, easy and delicious!

I love making breakfast burritos on the weekends for my family. Even the kids love it! We put eggs whites, black beans, salsa, lf mozzerela cheese and onion in a ww torlilla and I tell ya, that's yummy stuff right there! For dinners we make Chicken Fiesta rice with brown rice, salsa, boiled chicken breast and black beans with a side salad. Good stuff right there too!

Salsa is the bomb diggity!

You sound like a chef those are all great ideas and agree salsa helps out in so many ways. I also use flavored balsimic vinegars as well to spice things up.

the monster has some awesome gardens. She grows tomatoes, habeneros and jalapeños (I'm good at green beans and brocco, idk why but i can't get a good tomato). I planted some pineapple and we got some really sweet salsa with all our goodies! in the summer we make big batches of it every weekend!
