Your question is not entirely clear. Can you rephrase it.

Also are you referring to "whey" when you say "way proteins"?

Protein is protein is protein. Complete proteins don't have all the amino acids in them. Incomplete don't. Put foods with incomplete proteins together to make complete proteins. (Beans + Rice = win).

Unless you have PKU or renal problems, you should not have adverse effects from protein intake.

Whey is popular and fine. It comes from milk curdles or something.

To mention one or two things. Incomplete proteins are good together, think Beans on Toast, though Amino intake per day is primary, so combining them is not strictly necessary.

As Les stated, PKU, (Phenylalanine intolerance), or Renal issues relating to Kidneys, or Gout problems, might be an issue with Protein consumption. Protein Nitrogens converts to Uric Acid, a substance that can cause Gout.

Also Arginine can aggrevate Herpes Simplex type 1 and 2, and Zoster, (Shingles).

Soy Proteins or Dairy proteins might be an issues regarding Soy and Lactose intolerance.

Other than that, I don't think Proteins will present a problem. Certainly not Whey.
