Whole body cleanse formulas --are they worth it?

Postby cheryl35 » Wed Jul 28, 2010 10:40 am

I've been curious about the colon/body cleansing formulas I've seen on the market. Can they really rid the body of waste and help one lose weight more efficiently? Jillian Michaels has her own supplements. Do you think because she has her name on them that she endorses that they really provide results? --or is it just another way for her to capitalize on her Biggest Loser success and make money? Please share your opinions, or preferably your experiences, whether positive or negative. (I've already lost 32 lbs since April 26, 2010 with diet and exercise alone. I started using Nutrilite Slimmetry a week ago. It seems to be accelerating the weight loss.) :?

Thank you for your feedback. I know now I shouldn't waste my time on those products. About the Nutrilite stuff --I think after this month I'm not going to take them anymore. It's not worth the nausea, and it doesn't seem to accelerate the weight loss significantly. I haven't checked my measurements yet though.

In my humble opinion, I'd stop now. Saying "after this month" implies you're going to use it anyway until it's gone.

Frankly just bin it and accept the small deficeit your finances incurred. If the product is not worth continuing with beyond this month, it's not worth continuing with now. Another 3-4 weeks, won't suddenly make it a better product. We are after all, talking about some god awful detox product here, not grass fed beef.

You deserve better than to persevere with such worthless products, because you're worth more than that. Much much more :).
