There are many types of Whey Protein shakes I don't know if it matters. I went to GNC and told them I want some post workout Whey Protein and OMG I left with a headache. I went to Meijer/Target and BAM 30 grams good to go (almost to easy).
Does it really matter??? Thank you

All you need is an Isolate or Concentrate with Carbs. The fewer ingredients the better, then you don't by stuff that's expensive, pointless full of hype, B.S. marketing and makes no sense, or even might be a risk to your health.
