It can do. Although there's always the chance someone could be a non-responder, and I think it also depends on the type of training.

I personally use BSN's No-explode that is a NO2 product. It is incredible IMO. It does everything it states...

That also contains Creatine, so it may well cost more.

yeah i was gonna buy noxplode but i have high blood pressure and my doctor recommended not to so is NO2 a good alternative

Well to my knowledge NO2 is known as a Hermodilator, which means it expands the blood vessels etc etc, to increase blood flow, hence the increase in pumps.

This being a direct blood pressure stimulant, might be a problem, so I'd say hold off.

thanks boss i asked my cardiologist about it and said it was fine thanks for your help cause he said if it does affect my healt then stop
