I really want to avoid getting a chunk hacked out of one of my other ligaments, attached to my damaged one & screwed into my bone, SO...
Any suggestions for supplements that support/promote tissue regeneration & growth?
My ACL has torn right off my tibia & I know it's wishful thinking, but any knowledge/experience you can share about supplements/vitamins that assist in mucsle rehab would be MUCH appreciated!
