I train in Mixed Martial Arts and like the line by Brawl Nutrition(http://www.brawlnutrition.com). It's moderately priced and does what it says. I was also impressed by na NOX9 by MuscleTech (http://www.muscletech.com). It's a little more pricey but I could feel the effect pretty nicely. Some of the powders were too rancid for me, and expensive, so I stick with the pills. I hope this helps!

I found Superpump 250 didn't mix well. It did, however, taste much better than other popular brands. Be mindful, Superpump has some pretty powerful stimulants in it too, so caffeine sensitive people might not like it. Otherwise, it performs well.

If you can, get an Arginine with a Ketoglutarate form. You'll get more benefits than just NO production.

Depends though on your current past haistory. If you're only a recent novice at lifting, you might be wiser to make sure diet and training are solid first, for a while. If you're a year or two down the line then perhaps you could use something.

NO products are a complete rip-off! In order for arginine to be even slightly effective it would have to be taken at extremely high doses.

Yes, studies were done to back this up.

You'll note I'm talking the Ketaglutarate kind, which is considered more efficient than a basic Arginine.

No trying to sound nouty by that remark.

I helped a friend move today. I found a ton of nitric in the cabinet. I laughed and the guy asked me what was funny. I told him that I thought it was a waste of money. He SWORE it worked total miracles but "you deflate if you stop working out". Interesting.

Well yes you will, because you can't sustain a pump forever

He presumably knew this, before the person who sold him his first tub, may have said otherwise .

See though Boss, I don't use nitric, and I'm pretty beefy (I wish). And when I stop working out, I deflate too. It's madness I tell you.

You guys all diss the NO but none of you have even tried it. It does work no question about it! If it was cheaper I would use it before every workout.
