hi all i have just bought some body fortress protein drink
and just wondering how much i should be actually taking before and after work out
i weigh 225 pounds
do full body work outs 3 times a week
and do cardio after the weights
take me about a hour and a half per gym session
i bench around 130 pounds
and 44 pounds dumbells for bicep
each serving says
17.16g protein
1.75 carbohydrate
1.15 of which sugars
1.99 fat
0.71 of which saturates
0.008 fibre
0.04 sodium
