just a small quesiton, any1 know of a good site where i can buy suplements? i can buy them from my local store.. but usually over the internet stuff is cheaper right ? XD

Sometimes sites are cheaper, but not necessarily.

Do you normally buy the same manufactured brand, or do you use mixed manufacturers?

I say this as using the same brand means you could use a company website, rather than an online store.

well, i eat loads, but isn't it a good idea to take whey? that's the only suplement i use xD

yes, whey is an excellent post w/o snack.

whey should be a staple, just get any powder there's no real difference btw each of them except cost
