How to set up your massage table?

Postby heyanna » Thu Feb 23, 2012 8:56 pm

As a practicing Massage Therapist, it’s definitely in your best interest to learn how to properly setup and use your massage table.

The first thing you should do is to adjust the height of your massage table.Locating the proper height will eliminate excess reaching or bending, which puts unnecessary strain

on your back.

Second, lower the height of your table for bigger, thicker clients to maintain a relative working height. Having your table adjusted to a comfortable height will keep you fresh.

In addition, I look for message table online, the price are all different, just $150-$1000. I can't tell which is suitable for me. What should attention when i get a message table. I choose several folding portable message tables, which is good?
