Like to hear some!
One that i like is i put flavored cream cheese usually strawberry light on a graham cracker. It does the trick for a dessert and as long as you only have one and don't put too much cream cheese on it it's not too much surgar or carbs. and it's delicious!!

Espresso Banana Treat ( 1 serving)
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate whey powder
1 tsp instant coffee
Directions:
Blend ingredients with a mixer until the consistency is smooth. Pour into a bowl and let chill in the freezer until it's a consistency that you like.
Paleo Dark Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
1 c almond butter
1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey (or stevia if not paleo)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Press down slightly on cookies to flatten out. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
