my knee has been sore since st. pattys day. i never before had issues like this. after that nite it was swollen. today the pain has gone down but the tension is still there. i noticed after i work out the pain goes away. its just odd to me. any one out there have any tips for this? keep in mind now, its not swollen or in severe pain, just enough to say HEY! I'm still here in case u forgot.
