Hardest race I have ever done. It was hot, humid and winds up to 35 mph - brutal! I got a bad case of leg cramps starting about mile 8 and continued to the end. Thought I might not make it, but I just kept moving forward visualizing the phrase "RELENTLESS FORWARD MOTION!" saying it out loud more than once! Definitely did not set any PR's today - I was just glad to finish.
