Hi, I would like to get a sixpack and I started doing traditional crunches... but for a sixpack I read you have to do more exercises to train the other sides of the sixpack... I just have trouble with my balance during a ... for example an obligue v-up, i'm not so good with balancing. Does anyone has here some easy balance exercises to train the sixpack? Or can I buy a bench or something to support myself. ,
