I started losing weight simply by dieting. I got to a reasonable weight (190's) and then I added some cardio, and then eventually weight lifting. I think I'm continuing to shed fat and build muscle (which is a good thing) and I think I could actually use to add a few more pounds of muscles to my frame.
What do you think?
