Thank you both very much! if i get up early enough tomorrow im gonna jog again. reguardless of how i feel or how far i go, it just feels good that i keep trying. :-) the other day i was on my facebook and realized how a girl i graduated from school with, gained almost twice her body weight in only 5yrs! i feel so sorry for her. i dont want that to be me down the line. i want to keep trying despite the fails that may come my way i want to keep pushing.

You doing really good! I wish you all the continued success you are striving for. I know you can do it. I can see a change in your thinking - and that is such an important part of long term weight loss, changing the mindset about food and exercise - and you are doing it!! Little decisions every day about everything, add up to big returns.
You go girl!

i was unable to jog that day because of last min. school work and i did some crunch time soon as i got home on my paper. at least today i had to work from 745am-1015pm. the first half of the day i worked hard! i pushed myself more than the norm and broke a good sweat! i feel good about that! i also took on some extra work for tomorrow! i have still been watching my intake on food. i had a waffle for breakfast and for lunch some sausage and rice. dinner was just a drink. i didnt work up an appetite except eat an apple. that wasnt good. at least i didnt cave on junk today. i was just so busy i didnt think to eat! if i get hungry in the middle of the night ill have a glass of water and some fruit. things have been pretty good. :)

just weighed myself this morning and i am proud to say i am now down to 233! thats 6pounds lost since oct.6th! woo hoo! if i get down to 225 some time next month and get past that the damn trouble spot of 228-230 i know i am finally doing something right. i have to say it feels great that im not addicted to energy drinks now. i dont feel i need them. i am still making sure i eat breakfast and bring lunch to work. even if i run late for work and dont get to pack a good one i make sure to grab as much fruit as possible into a bag. then at work i buy soup if its not enough. i use to always buy pizza rolls as my meal if i didnt have lunch either that or those darn candy bars. I havent been allowing my self to stress over the weight and just really focus on what im putting in my body. ive been looking at the weight loss as a bonus a reward for my good efforts. i hope i keep that up right now. being im in that trouble zone i have to not think of it that way and just continue to be in the state of mind i have been. with school becoming a lill more challenging and working as much as i am i think i will continue to be distracted. thats another thing, i have been bringing water to class and grapes so i dont get tempted buy the vending machines. i know that the vending machines are some where in the building but i wont allow myself to know where and i am making sure to bring food so i dont have to know where. lol

ive been stuck at 233 really of no surprise, but my cell phone company had upgraded my phone for free! givin me a smart phone! i was able to download this free app called my fitnesspal which scans bar codes off of products and once it does u enter how many servings u had. it does all the calculations for you! it keeps track of the food u eat day to day, also keeps track of ur calorie in take! each time u add to it it shows what u have left for the day. It also recognizes what foods u eat on a regular basis so all u have to do is add it to the new day! it takes out all the guess work. it even shows the total fat, sugar, protein ect u had all day. its amazing! when i tried calorie counting it was a pain havin to do the math and keep the note book with u at all times. ill let ya know if i stick with this. also i have been continue on choosing the healthy drinks at work. muscle milk or vitamin water. no pop and no energy drinks! so far i have been doin pretty good. havent had time to run lately but when i get home from work tonite i will go for one. even if im tired i will get in at least one lap around the block. some is better than none.

You could also try something called "Diets In Details". Downloads to a computer, easy to use looks good and tracks things well.

so here is how my week has been. monday i had to take my car in because it wasnt getting heat. i figured it was the heater core. tuesday came and everything spiraled down. the car was worse than i thought. i had over a thousand dollars in car repairs! then as i was about to go to the bank about a loan my ma got a hold of me and told me my aunt just passed away. so naturally i feel back into my old ways and ate a shit load of cake and lasagna. today i was about to do the same. yes i had a piece then after i ate it i thought what the hell am i doing? life is never going to be perfect i cant react like this to everything shit happens in my life. at dinner i loaded up on the soup and veggies. then tonite, i did three laps around my house. what i usually do is 2 which is a mile. not only is my leg still badly bruised and my calves cramping and started to rain, i decided to push it and do another lap! i finished the three! i didnt even stop to walk on the last lap. i pushed. yes i fell down hill for about a day but at least it was only a day and i made sure i made a good come back. instead of dwelling on the car repairs i was lucky i caught it in time. the guy told me it was about to ruin the engine. so instead of looking at the bad i had to look at the positive. i feel really good about how i was able to rise above this fall. because every time i went down hill i stayed there for months at a time. this was only a day. im slowly makin a come back and thank god i am! im really trying hard to stay on course. i still havent caved on the candy at work. i am still drinking water there and no pop.

Good job girlfriend… for realizing it and coming back!
Try to stretch after words… it helps ok! It’s good to push yourself but also take care of yourself properly. You don’t want to injure yourself because it can hold you back a bit.

I want to send you a BIG HUG

I am so proud of you for this, because you have proven that you have learned quite a it from past experiences and can now put that learning and understanding into practice.

There will be tough times or bad moments in your life, but turning to poor food choices and frequent doses of them, will not allow you to overcome what you are like physically.

Makming these realisations about what cannot happen if you want to progress, is another sign of progress, because you need some kind of mental and emotional progress too, to make the physical progress happen, or it will stutter and probably stall, or go backwards and forwards, backwards and forwards, never really helping you to achieve anything much in the way of progress and forward momentum.

So be proud of yourself and keep on pushing. You're a really lovely person Christina and we all want you to succeed and be happy, not for us but for YOU!!!

:).

Thank u everyone for ur support. For schoolboy have to take a physical ed. Class. I decided to take Kickboxing! I will say that at first I wanted to hold off until I lost more weight to take it bit o figured y should I wait? No excuses anymore. Plus with winter coming it will be good for me since I wont be able to jog outside anymore. I'm excited to take it. Doesn't start until Jan. But I'm still stoked. Sofar rafting had been good. Still drinking water at work. Today I had a pop but its been my first one in a long time. For dinner I only had 2 slices of pizza. I been paying attention to when I feel full and make myself stop. Slow process. But I keep working at it.

Also, can you try to make your own pizza? I healthier version?
Like peta bread or wheat peta and some tomatoe sauce/or bbq, spinach, low fat cheese and grilled chicken breast and pop in the oven and BAM... healthier version and still pretty good! Oh.. Now, I wanna make me some too!! :P
