You're doing a great job and you should be really, really proud of yourself and as you say, weight is the same but strangth has increased so that more than ties in with the visable changes in the picture.
As for the cheat day though. One question. If you have actually managed to last 28 days, without cheating, why decide to have the cheat day? Why not see how long you could go, without doing something that might just lead to a minor relapse in eating habits?
